My Story

Hello! thank you for stopping by.

I am a techie-creative with a deep love for problem solving, community building, and creating healing and connective experiences. I truly believe in the power of creative freedom and expression. Our unique perspectives and self-expression have the power to connect us with others and the world around us and to evoke feelings and actions that are a catalyst for change. My personal mission in my life's journey is to be a catalyst for positive change. I desire to uplift others and to leave this world at least a little better than before.

I currently reside in Houston, TX by way of Atlanta, GA, but was born and raised in Detroit, MI (what up, doe?! 👋🏽🥰). If you've never visited Detroit, I *highly* recommend visiting. It is a city rich in culture and art and is the place that I will always call home. 

Some of my talents include project management of events and design projects from conception to completion, administrative and executive support and coordination, data management, report configuration, graphic design, customer/technical support, employee support, and being resourceful and dependable with a fine-tuned ability to sense needs, find solutions, and to meet deadlines while working autonomously both in-office and remotely.

I have been in people-focused roles for much of my professional career and have built up a diverse skill-set that includes being proactive and attune with supporting the needs of high-performance teams. I've mastered the ability to be able to shift with ease into new roles and experiences due to my love of, and desire, to learn new things, help others, and to always be growing and acquiring new knowledge.

I especially love working with small businesses and entrepreneurs (my ♡). I find my greatest fulfillment in working in people-focused roles that allow me the freedom to express my creative self in the realms of tech, HR/People Ops, e-commerce, and design.

I poured my heart and soul into crafting my poetry book, The Edification of Eve, over the course of several years. It emerged from a period in my life marked by personal struggles and an intense longing for peace and self-discovery.

Since those challenging days, I've journeyed, I've reflected, and I've connected with the world in profound ways. The healing and growth I've experienced were not just chapters in my life, but integral parts of my soul's evolution. Sharing this book brings me immense joy because it's not just a collection of words; it's a culmination of my life's experiences. It's a piece of my heart in literary form.
